Grammar School Waste Audit

8th graders Heather and Evie explain waste audit procedure to Janna Hansen's 5th grade class.
Each bucket will hold a different type of material sorted from the trash collected on one day.
 
The sorters put on latex gloves for protection. The trash is dumped in the middle of the tarp.
